You are right in what you say.<BR/><BR/>Unfortunately leftist conspiracy theorists also abound and although they don´t offer alternatives but just criticise they are gaining ground again - as usual - by default.<BR/><BR/>In my opinion the 3 most important ministries in the country are that of education, tourism & environment.<BR/><BR/>In education we are not maximising the potential of our human resources.
