russian pic was available on the net. Looked cooler than the drab version. Incidentally the French pronounce Augmentin like "Lupin" "Lapin" and "Papin" I found that hilarious.
No laxative effects as yet after second dose. Will keep you informed!
The Italians, of course, would put the stress on the penultimate syllable. The English would do the same, but rhyme it with "bin", "fin", "spin" and "win". The last word being quite fitting, as that is what they will do in the forthcoming World Cup finals. Does anyone else have any interesting insights into how different nationalities might pronounce this name of this medicinal product? Perhaps cyberdigger could do an entry on his blog about how Libyans would say it. And Sharon Spiteri, fresh from her return from India, may also have something to offer on the matter.
Oh, and about the Russian. You would have got something like that or from Cyprus if you bought it from a DH dispensary. They are definitely better laxatives than the laxies themselves...and probably cheaper.

Augmentin 875mg? That's bad... Make sure you don't take it on an empty stomach as it has the nasty habit of being quite laxative.
Oh, and get well soon!
uuuurgh!
Kenneth was faster than me about the laxative. After the second or third dose, sneeze/cough/laugh with caution. I have seen people's faces after...:))
get well soon
oooh poor jacques! Should I send you a roll of toilet paper and a pair of pliers?
keep blogging through your malady.. that's the spirit!!
Any reason why you're using a Russian bottle? Probably cheaper...
