Onore a Franco Scoglio. Onore. One of the few Italian coaches to say things as they really were and that�s why he suffered during his career. An old school Italian football master in the vein of Mazzone and Fascetti.
It was so entertaining watching the Libyan FA with their tail between their legs bringing him back in as national coach after having sacked him because he was obstinately not picking Gaddaffi�s son for the side (what balls man!)
And one quote of his I just cannot forget:
�non lo sceglievo (Gaddaff jnr.) perche come giocatore non valeva un kazzo�
CLASS ACT! And only to be reappointed as national coach!
May he rest in peace. Italian football has also suffered a sensational loss in TV punditry.
